Hanover, MD (Thursday, July 12, 2012) – On July 13th, 2012, the Nike World Basketball Festival will land in Washington, DC with many events happening in the nation’s capital through July 16th. The Nike World Basketball Festival will have appearances by the entire Men’s & Women’s Olympic 2012 Teams. In celebration of the Nike World Basketball Festival, Nike/Brand Jordan is releasing four special edition Retro 6 Jordan’s (featuring colors red/white/blue/gold) that will be sold at DTLR locations DTLR is proud to announce that they will be a part of this year’s festivities with being a partner of Converse and an exclusive partner with Brand Jordan.
In addition to DTLR being the exclusive partner with Brand Jordan during the World Basketball Festival, Brand Jordan will be setting up a pop-up shop in five DTLR locations at the following sites: Mondawmin Mall (Baltimore, MD), Rhode Island (Washington, DC), Senator Square(Washington, DC), The Blvd at Capital Centre (Largo, MD) & The Mall at Prince George’s (Hyattsville, MD).
With the partnership with Converse, DTLR will be selling a special make of Converse shoes located at the following locations: Senator Square (Washington, DC), Rhode Island (Washington, DC), Eastover (Oxon Hill, MD) & 14th & U St.
